Neymar has officially completed the transfer from PSG to Al Hilal.
Neymar has completed his €90 million transfer from Paris Saint-Germain to Al Hilal club in the Saudi Arabian league. With this deal Neymar will enjoy an income of up to 160 million euros in a two-year contract, that salary is 6 times higher than his salary at PSG.
At the age of 31, Neymar is no longer considered a key player at the Parc des Princes and PSG management has discussed selling him to invest in younger players and more hungry to perform. Al Hilal’s proposal came at the right time and PSG accepted, and Neymar was convinced by the extremely good financial incentives for a football superstar.
According to international press, Neymar’s contract with Al Hilal contains provisions such as that he will earn more than 500,000 euros for every content he posts on Instagram promoting Saudi Arabia. He will have a private jet for travel at any time, and will be able to live with his girlfriend Bruna Biancardi even though they are not married and Saudi law prohibits unmarried couples from living together.
Each victory of Al Hilal with Neymar on the field will help him pocket more than 75,000 euros, while each goal, his assist will also have its own reward although the specific number has not been disclosed. Al Hilal plays in the capital Riyadh and Neymar will be temporarily staying in a luxury apartment in the super high-rise Kingdom Center while he waits to move to a more satisfactory place.
So when can Neymar make his debut for Al Hilal? He may appear in the match against Al Feiha on the night of August 19, but at most only from the bench, and the match against Al Raed on the night of August 24 is the match Neymar has a high ability to start.
Unfortunately, Neymar did not come earlier to join Al Hilal against Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane’s Al Nassr, and this meeting is expected to have to wait until November 30. But before Neymar and the new team will have other great battles: They will meet Jordan Henderson and Moussa Dembele’s Al Ettifaq at 1 a.m. on August 29 (Vietnam time), before meeting Al Ittihad of Karim Benzema and N’ Golo Kante at 1 a.m. on September 2.
