Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother Dolores Aveiro has had enough of the news that has spread about her and Georgina Rodriguez. A Portuguese daily has reported things about Dolores that she does not agree to. So, Dolores has taken the step of involving her lawyers. She has stated that she would never let someone ruin the name of her family.
In her statement on Instagram, Dolores named her children and explained all the false news that is being published. She wrote, “Today May 16, 2023 I activated my attorneys to clear my good name for my family and for what they represent in my life.
A story was released in a well-known Portuguese newspaper (a newspaper that consequently uses and abuses my family’s name to promote itself) this is false and even macabre news where it talks about horrible acts that I could have ordered them to do to take the happiness of one of My children, this slander is false, malicious and unfounded…”

Further, in her statement, she said that she would not let any publication use her family’s name like this. Dolores is worried about how her grandchildren read such publications.
The reports in question are very vile. Those reports stated that Dolores was using witchcraft to ruin Rodriguez’s relationship with Ronaldo. She would do so because she is constantly fighting with Rodriguez. However, with such a statement, it is unlikely any of it happened.
On the other hand, the family seems like it is in a fight with the media. Rodriguez and Ronaldo’s relationship has been talked about in great detail in recent reports that stated they are having tremendous issues. However, Rodriguez put up an Instagram story directed to false rumors about her. Ronaldo gave an indirect answer to the media, however, he has not said anything directly.
The Portuguese daily in question is Correio da Manha. The headline of their report was, “Dolores Aveiro accused of resorting to witchcraft to separate Ronaldo from Georgina Rodriguez.” This would definitely not go down well with any member of the Aveiro family. Therefore, Katia Aveiro, Ronaldo’s sister, took to Instagram and blasted the news.
According to her, the news was a “vomit of macabre” and “the lowest thing that exists.” Katia would not remain silent while the publication ruins the name of her family. She called out the newspaper and the source. Later, her mother released the statement and unless they can prove whatever was written by them, the Portuguese daily will be worried about what will happen next.
