Tensions continued to escalate in the relationship between PSG and Mbappe when PSG recently threatened not to let the striker get on the home team’s plane.
The battle between PSG and Kylian Mbappe continues. Both sides have yet to find a common voice on the future of the French striker. Mbappe has made it clear his plan, he wants to execute the contract until 2024, while PSG want the striker to extend for an even more competitive season under the guidance of new coach Luis Enrique. PSG also did not hide their intention to “get rid of” Mbappe if the French player did not agree to extend his contract.
PSG and Kylian Mabppe disagree more and more deeply
For his part, Mbappe is still on holiday and will have to attend PSG’s pre-season next Monday (July 17). However, PSG has made a new decision that is like a form of threat and ban for the 24-year-old striker. Specifically, PSG threatened not to let Mbappe get on the team’s plane during the tour to Japan, which starts on July 22.
This is considered the last resort with the tough from PSG to force Mbappe to make a definitive decision about the future. Need to know more, PSG is targeting Tottenham’s Harry Kane as a long-term plan to replace Mbappe.
